Engineered Air Mesh Upper

An all-new engineered mesh upper present in the Trace 3 Running Shoes, provides your feet with enhanced breathability and ensures that overheating is prevented. This updated engineered mesh construction provides even more breathability and freshness than previous versions and has exceptional moisture-wicking properties, for a quick drying, comfortable experience. Additionally, cool air is encouraged to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for your feet to thrive. A padded tongue sits comfortably against the skin and guards against friction as well as irritation such as chafing. The traditional lacing system offers a secure, locked-in feel while you run.

DNA Loft Midsole

Utilising the updated DNA LOFT, the midsole of the Trace 3 has a unique balance of rubber, air and less dense, lighter foam, providing you with a plush feel and a more lightweight experience than their predecessors. Brooks DNA was developed to continuously tailor the level of cushioning to specific needs - even as they change during the run. DNA LOFT cushioning now extends throughout the midsole for an even smoother transition from heel to toe. Brooks DNA is an innovative and uniquely adaptive cushioning system. By adapting to your specific weight, pace, gait and running surface, DNA offers customised cushioning and adds a spring to your step. Brooks DNA midsole has been developed to continuously tailor the level of cushioning to your specific needs- even as they change during the run. As well as this, an integrated Segmented Crash Pad accommodates any foot landing, delivering smooth heel-to-toe transitions.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The outsole of the Brooks Trace 3 Running Shoe has been constructed using a durable rubber which provides exceptional traction and durability time and time again. The full rubber outsole is able to form a solid bond with the ground beneath it so you can remain grounded at all times. The durable rubber provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. The durable rubber outsole will withstand wear and tear and ensure traction on varied terrain. Completing the outsole are sculpted groove that provides supreme traction and multi-surface grip, whilst supplying additional levels of flexibility underfoot.
