Triple Jacquard Engineered Air Mesh Upper

Designed using a brand new upper, the Ghost 18 features a triple Jacquard Air Mesh, ensuring the right balance of flexibility and support throughout your stride. The mesh allows cool, refreshing air to circulate while at the same time removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a perfect microclimate where feet can thrive. Furthermore, the advanced mesh actively and efficiently wicks away sweat and moisture, ensuring your feet remain dry so you can focus on achieving your best performance. The Ghost 18 also uses a newly designed soft and flexible flat knit tongue, which helps to reduce irritation and protect the top of the foot, while the padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for increased comfort. Finally, a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure fit.

DNA LOFT v3 Midsole

Crafted using DNA LOFT v3 technology, the midsole of the Ghost 18 ensures outstanding cushioning, shock absorption and maximises softness. The DNA LOFT v3 cushioning carries the footwell and even moulds itself to the shape of the underfoot, allowing the foam to fully support the curvature of your foot. Having this cushioning and support helps to lessen the impact placed upon your joints as well as attenuate shock, minimising the potential risk of injury or discomfort. Working alongside this is a newly added Ortholite X-60 sockliner, which offers instant step-in comfort.

RoadTack Rubber Outsole

The Ghost 18 has been completed using a RoadTack rubber outsole. This design ensures exceptional durability, allowing you to maintain performance over long distances. The outsole delivers a firm, stable footing and allows you to run with confidence, even in difficult conditions or on slightly uneven terrain. Furthermore, the outsole includes strategically placed flex grooves to provide a full, unrestricted range of mobility and exceptional flexibility in all directions during the gait cycle.
