Returns
You may return your items within 28 days from the date you received your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging and all tags attached.
Please enclose your receipt or packing slip when you return your items.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using Royal Mail when sending your items back, if you require more information or assistance, please feel free to contact us here.
Return & Refund Policy (Faulty items)
Returns
If your item is found to be faulty we will arrange a free return or refund the postage cost for returning the item (Please contact us to arrange).
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
