Women's Mizuno Neo Lumina GORE-TEX Trail

Mizuno Neo Lumina GORE-TEX Women's Trail Running Shoes

Ideal for entry-level runners who also enjoy the trails, the Neo Lumina GORE-TEX provides an excellent balance of cushioning, grip and stability. Mizuno Enerzy provides soft, comfortable cushioning, whilst a Smooth Speed Assist design promotes smooth transition.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Designed using a highly breathable mesh upper, the Neo Lumina GORE-TEX allows cool air to circulate, while at the same time removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a microclimate where feet can thrive. A GORE-TEX Invisible Fit lining provides highly breathable waterproof protection, helping you to stay dry from the inside out. It allows built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst external moisture is sealed out, so you can stay focused on the trail ahead without worrying about damp feet. The padded heel collar sits close to the foot to increase comfort, while heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement and ensure a secure fit.

Mizuno Enerzy Midsole

Combining highly technical technologies, the midsole features Mizuno Enerzy, which provides enhanced comfort and cushioning. Mizuno Enerzy is soft and responsive, ensuring soft and propulsive cushioning and has been developed to enhance performance capacity and guarantee that athletes retain more energy they put in, all whilst providing an overall more comfortable feeling. Working alongside this is Mizuno's Smooth Speed Assist technology, which helps to lessen the load on your calf and muscles, enhance support, and ensure a more efficient running form. The structure enriches your daily mileage and long jogs for effortless high performance and encourages smooth transitions.

X10 Rubber Outsole

Completing the shoes is a Wgrip and X10 outsole, a combination of highly durable rubbers. The outsole provides longer wear in high-impact areas and improved traction at heel strike. This is great for the trail as it resists damage across various terrains. The two rubbers have been designed to improve grip on multiple surfaces and excel in wet conditions, forming a solid bond with the ground beneath and assisting with confident push-offs, turns, and braking. The outsole also features multi-directional lugs that dig into the ground for exceptional traction.
